These Terms govern your download, registration, login and use of Feichi VPN. By tapping agree, registering or using the service, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
1. Service
Feichi VPN provides secure-connection tools, exit selection, connection status, membership time, account management and referral features. Availability may be affected by network operators, local conditions, system capability, node capacity and maintenance. We do not guarantee permanent availability, uninterrupted operation or a specific speed or latency.
2. Account security
You must register with an email address you are entitled to use and keep your password, device unlock information, connection configuration and credentials secure. You may not sell, rent, transfer, share or allow bulk use of your account without written permission.
3. Lawful use
You must comply with laws applicable to your location and to the service. You may not use the service for unauthorised access, attacks, fraud, phishing, spam, automated abuse, infringement, malware, illegal content, credential resale, unauthorised relay services or any activity that disrupts the service or harms others.
4. Membership and activities
Membership time, free claims, invitation codes and referral benefits are conditional digital benefits. Their amount, validity, claim limits and sync rules follow the page shown in the app. Benefits may not be cashed out, sold, transferred or obtained through fake accounts, scripts, device tampering or other abuse.
5. Exits and connection configuration
Node names, regions and latency are references only. Actual experience may vary with time, carrier and route. Connection credentials and server information are for authorised accounts and devices only and may not be extracted, published, sold or used to build unauthorised services.
6. Privacy
We process personal information according to the Privacy Policy. Using a protected connection does not mean complete anonymity. Your device, target services, network operators and infrastructure may still process necessary information.
7. Intellectual property
The app, interface, logo, animations, text, software and related content belong to Feichi VPN or lawful rights holders. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute, repackage or commercially exploit them without permission, except where law allows.
8. Changes and interruption
We may update, maintain, suspend or change parts of the service for security, compatibility, legal, network or operational reasons. For significant foreseeable maintenance, we will try to notify users and reduce impact.
9. Risk and liability
Internet services may suffer delay, packet loss, disconnection, node failure, attack or device compatibility issues. Do not rely on the service as the sole network protection for life safety, medical, financial trading or other intolerant-of-interruption scenarios. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Breach and appeal
If you violate these Terms, we may warn, verify identity, limit features, suspend connection, revoke improperly obtained benefits, freeze or terminate the account. You may appeal through suppert@feichi.com.
11. Exit and deletion
You may log out or request account deletion in Account Security. After deletion, account data, unused membership benefits, invitation relationships and related service data may not be recoverable.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the law of the operator’s place of registration, without excluding mandatory consumer protections in your location. Disputes should first be resolved by friendly negotiation, then through a competent court or consumer dispute body allowed by law.
